Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Quick trip for work and location just off the motorway was convenient for me. I realize that the facilities are great but didn’t get to use them as I checked in late and had to leave early. The flat had pretty much everything I needed.
Negative: The amount of messages to arrange this quick stay were excessive and I did share this with the staff when they asked for feedback. At least 10 messages pre check-in and more messages for checkout -long after I had left. Sorry but that didn’t feel professional and it affected my stay negatively.
Summary: Okay for a short stay close to the M5
